Coral IPx communications systems function as VoIP telephony servers, traditional switches, or both. Coral IPx are future-ready systems, combining feature-rich IP technology with traditional TDM telephony. Coral IPx systems are cost-effective, easy to manage, and offer mobility and multi-media capabilities. Utilizing IP technology, your organization can save on communication costs by sending voice and data over IP networks and standard PSTN. Coral IPx systems support MGCP and SIP telephony connectivity, ISP connection via SIP trunks, as well as a host of other IP-related features.

Ideal for single deployment or multi-site networks, Coral IPx allows your organization to take advantage of IP telephony without sacrificing functionality, such as ACD and call center applications, integrated voicemail and wireless capabilities.

 

Coral IPx systems offer powerful mobility features which allow system users to use their cell phones as an extension to their desk phone in the office. With the FlexiCall and Freedom features, users can receive calls intended for their office phones and call into the office to benefit from the Coral IPx's conferencing features, listen to office voice mail messages and more.

 

Coral IPx systems offer a complete network solution, including CT (Computer Telephony) and unified messaging. New IP capabilities allow for advanced system configurations where some or all of the system peripherals are IP-type ports. This allows for total flexibility in mixing IP and legacy ports and total system structure selection (centralized or dispersed).

Coral IPx 500
Small to mid-size systems
Bringing the proven performance of Coral to businesses that require as few as 8 stations and up to 448+ ports, Coral IPx 500 offers small to medium-size and multi-site organizations the power and sophistication needed in today’s work environment. Coral IPx 500's small high-density small footprint design packs all the power of a full-blown Coral server into a space-saving unit. Coral IPx 500 comes equipped with 8 universal card slots for both legacy and IP gateways and two 10 universal card slot expansion cabinets, for a total of 448 wired endpoints. Coral IPx 500 is available in a standard 19" rack or wall mount and with either AC or DC power supplies.
Coral IPx 800
Mid-size systems
Perfect for mid-size offices and branch locations, Coral IPx 800 is a robust system featuring full-size Coral cards that deliver a total converged solution. Coral IPx 800 is a compact, rack-mounted system that delivers more features, more capacity, and more configuration flexibility than any other system in its size category. The Coral IPx 800 base unit can accommodate two expansion units with 10 universal slots each, for a total of 720 wired endpoints. The system has 8 universal slots for IP or legacy interfaces on the main cabinet and can be used with either AC or DC power supplies. And when the time comes to expand, Coral IPx 800 offers a natural migration path to Coral IPx 3000.
Coral IPx 3000
Mid-size to large systems
Ideal for organizations with between 500 and 6000 users, Coral IPx 3000 is a fully scalable solution featuring optional redundancy of common control and a choice of AC or DC power supplies. Coral IPx 3000 can be expanded to include up to 16 rack-mounted cabinets, with an optional duplicated common control section.
Coral IPx 4000
Large Enterprise systems
The powerful Coral IPx 4000 provides a complete communications solution for large enterprises, such as banks and hospitals, requiring the highest traffic capabilities and carrier-grade “five 9s” reliability. Coral IPx 4000 is a complete system specially designed to handle mission-critical communications. Coral IPx 4000 includes a multitude of standard as well as advanced features, such as hot standby, fault tolerance capabilities, and duplicate power support.
