The Sea Softswitch allows you to communicate from anywhere in the world as if you were sitting in your office. Whether you are at home or on the road using one of our softphones or anywhere in between connected with your cellular phone via any of the robust Mobility capabilities listed below, you can rest assured you'll never miss another important business call again.

 

Callback

The Callback feature allows you to activate a dedicated Mobility number to make internal calls when you are off-site. With the Callback feature the system identifies you, disconnects the call, and calls you back at a predefined callback number. After answering the call, you receive a dial tone for making calls as if you were dialing from within the system.

 

Call-through

Like Callback calls, the Call-through feature is activated by dialing a dedicated Mobility number. With Call-through you receive a dial tone after passing an authentication process, allowing you to make calls from within the system.

 

During a Callback or Call-through Mobility call, a DTMF-tone based interactive subscriber’s menu is activated, allowing you to use basic call features by pressing keys on our phone's dial pad. You can transfer calls to your desk phone or mailbox, divert calls to other users, monitor calls, place new calls, and much more. 

 

And with TadiSave you can Smart Dial all your mobility calls. Simply select the contact from your phonebook and the call is transparently connected for you.

 

FlexiCall

You can be reached anywhere from any of your devices at any location, including internal Sea Softswitch phones and off-site phones, such as cellular and home phones. Incoming calls ring simultaneously (or with a ring delay) on all of the specified devices until the call is answered on one of the phones.

Once answered, you can transfer the call, establish a conference, etc, whether the answering device is an internal device, an external phone or a cellular handset. If the answering phone is an off-site phone, the call automatically becomes an authorized mobility call. In this case, the call can be transferred to your internal Sea Softswitch device.

TadiSave

TadiSave allows you to take full advantage of the Callback and Call-through mobility features. It diverts cellular dialed calls to Mobility calls based on Least Cost Routing rules, resulting in substantial savings to the enterprise. In addition, TadiSave allows you to transparently dial Mobility service destination numbers directly from your cell phone’s contacts list. TadiSave's Smart Dialing simply does away with the need for tedious manual dialing.
