FLEXIBLE NETWORKING

QSIG is an ISDN based signaling protocol for signaling between PBXs that allows interoperability network between communications platforms provided by various vendors. The Sea Softswitch supports digital QSIG connectivity via the Wave Gateway, allowing the Sea Softswitch to communicate with non-IP foreign PBXs.

The Sea Softswitch also supports IPNET, Tadiran's proprietary IP networking protocol. IPNET provides QSIG over IP networks, allowing the Sea Softswitch and other Coral systems to communicate with each other in a way that is virtually transparent to users, easy to administer, and cost-effective.

Tadiran's flexible networking solutions provide the benefit of point to multi-point capability while maintaining high security, offering full functionality and maximum efficiency in all internal and external communications for the entire organization. QSIG and IPNET provide an extensive range of network-wide IP PBX features, including Camp-On, name identification, message waiting indication, etc.

  • Eliminate the expense and inconvenience of maintaining separate infrastructures by creating a single "distance carrier" for voice, data, and fax
  • Maximize transmission capacity by using one "pipe" for voice, data and fax
