  • SeaMail (Unified Messaging) – includes advanced automated attendant, several schedule-programmable operation modes, task automation, full convergence, flexible message handling, and customizable message routing programming. Available also in Enterprise version that can handle multiple services, such as IVR, Directory Assistance, and Unified Communications, as well as larger applications and additional features, including speech recognition and Text-to-Speech.

    • FlexiCall – ensure that staff never miss a call by integrating their desk phone with their mobile number

  • Networking – the Sea Softswitch can interoperate with 3rd party softswitches or PBXs in a network environment:
    • QNET/IPNET – Coral IP networking allows Sea Softswitch users to communicate with other Coral systems, enjoying point to multi-point connectivity while maintaining a high level of security. QNET provides network wide features while maximizing transmission capacity by using one channel for voice, data, and fax.
    • SIP Trunks – the Sea Softswitch can interconnect to Internet Telephony Service Providers via SIP trunks, allowing for Service Provider hosted deployments. This solution offers the same benefits as in distributed enterprise deployments.
    • Sentinel Pro – enables the connection of remote IP phones located behind Network Address Translation (NAT) servers or firewalls by transferring signaling and RTP traffic through the firewall or NAT server to the relevant endpoints in the LAN network.
