• CID-based Routing – calls can be forwarded or rejected to the user's mailbox based on the caller ID of the incoming call
• Fax (optional) – receive and store fax messages as email attachments using the T.38 protocol for fax over IP
• Text-to-Speech (optional) – emails can be converted to voice files and read back when accessing the system from a telephone
