WHEN DO WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Aeonix Touch may receive and store any information about you (Login name, password, server IPs and language) when you subscribe to the Aeonix system.
When you use Aeonix Touch, Aeonix Touch may also access the contact list, photos and documents stored in your mobile phone for the purpose of displaying them in the application and exchanging them with your coworkers.
The data that Aeonix Touch uses is kept anonymous; it is used only for the proper functioning of Aeonix Touch.
By using Aeonix Touch, you grant to Aeonix Touch the right to have access and display all media content (e.g. audio & video recordings and text communications) that you upload, send, or otherwise exchange with Aeonix Touch, only for the only purpose of operating Aeonix Touch service.
WHAT DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION FOR?
Any of the information that Aeonix Touch collect from you when you create your Aeonix Touch account is used to make sure that you are a real person and to give you access to Aeonix services.

First & Last name: May be used to update the Aeonix system and display it to the other users.

Contact list: In Aeonix Touch for iOS and Aeonix Touch for Android, Aeonix Touch will use it in real time search and use it for dialing and display.

Photos and other files: Aeonix only accesses the files stored on your phone when you send them in text messages with Aeonix Touch. Such files are only stored temporarily.

Audio & video recordings and text messages: Aeonix accesses and temporarily stores audio and video packets when you make Aeonix Touch calls, but Aeonix support providers never read or listen to your private voice, video, or text content.
HOW IS YOUR INFORMATION STORED AND HOW DO WE PROTECT IT?
Your personal information is transmitted over internet using TLS encryption protocol and is stored on Aeonix System.
We offer the use of a secured server. All data in the Aeonix system is highly secured with administrator passwords.
DO WE DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION TO OUTSIDE PARTIES?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information, or any type of content that you may upload or send with Aeonix Touch (e.g. text conversations, calls, videos, photos, etc.)
LOG DATA
We want to inform you that whenever you visit our Aeonix system, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.
