Aeonix Touch

  • Aeonix Touch for Windows reintroduces Control Mode . With Control Mode you can:

  • Use your Aeonix Touch for Windows softphone for telephony control (i.e., answer, hand-up, hold, transfer, conference, mute) of a Tadiran SIP phone attached to the same MAN as your Windows device.

Aeonix Contact Center

Aeonix Contact Center Management Dashboard Enhancements to:

  • Allows existing Client Application to connect to server with higher ACC Version

  • Agent Toolbar Additions

  • Aeonix Contact Center Script Designer Enhancements:

  • A GUI tool for configuring events such Popup URL, HTTP POST/GET/PUT, Salesforce and any other third party integration based on Agent activity.
